How do I install ReplyLabs?
Go to the Google™ Workspace Marketplace and search for ‘ReplyLabs’, or use the direct install link we provide. Click Install and grant the requested permissions. Once installed, open any Google™ Sheet, go to Extensions → ReplyLabs → Open Sidebar. The sidebar appears on the right side of your spreadsheet. If you’ve previously installed ReplyLabs but don’t see it in the Extensions menu, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
How does pricing work?
ReplyLabs uses a prepaid credit system. Every new account starts with $20 in free credit, enough for thousands of AI prompts with affordable models like GPT-4o-mini. When your credits run low, add more from the dashboard at replylabs.io/dashboard/billing. Each operation (AI prompt, scrape, or verification) costs a fraction of a cent, and you can see the exact cost estimate before running any job. There are no monthly fees required. The Starter plan is entirely pay-as-you-go. Pro ($19/user/month) and Scale ($39/user/month) plans add features like bring-your-own API keys and priority support. Each team member is a separate seat.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes, and this is one of the biggest advantages of ReplyLabs. On Pro and Scale plans, go to replylabs.io/dashboard/settings and add API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google™, or Mistral. When you use your own keys, AI operations are free on ReplyLabs. You pay the provider directly at their standard rates with no markup. Your keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and are never visible in the UI or our logs. You can remove them at any time.
Is my data secure?
Your spreadsheet data never leaves Google™. ReplyLabs operates as a sidebar within Google™ Sheets. All sheet read/write operations happen through Google’s own infrastructure. When you run an AI prompt, only the specific cell content referenced in your prompt is sent to the AI provider you selected. We do not store, log, or retain your spreadsheet data on our servers. API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All data transmission uses TLS encryption. Our database enforces row-level security, meaning each user can only access their own organisation’s data.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Go to replylabs.io/dashboard/billing and click ‘Manage Subscription’. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your remaining prepaid credits never expire and can be used even after cancellation. If you want to delete your account entirely, go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account.
What AI models are available?
ReplyLabs provides access to AI models from four providers: OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini, o3, o4-mini, GPT-5), Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 4, Claude Haiku 4.5), Google™ (Gemini 2.5 Pro, Gemini 2.5 Flash), and Mistral (Large, Medium, Small). Models are sorted by cost so you can easily find the best value for your use case. We sync new models automatically as providers release them.
Can my team use ReplyLabs?
Yes. Every ReplyLabs account belongs to an organisation. You can invite team members on any plan. On Pro and Scale, each member is a separate seat billed monthly. All team members share the same credit balance and API keys. Go to replylabs.io/dashboard/team to invite members by email. They’ll receive an invitation link to join your organisation.
I’m getting an error. What should I do?
First, try refreshing the Google™ Sheet page and reopening the sidebar. If the error persists, check your internet connection and try again. If you’re seeing a specific error message (like ‘Insufficient balance’ or ‘Rate limit exceeded’), the message itself explains the issue. For any other errors, visit our Report an Issue page at replylabs.io/report-issue and include the error message, what you were doing when it happened, and which browser you’re using. We typically respond within a few hours.
