Opt Out of Testing

If you were invited to test ReplyLabs during our beta phase and would like to stop participating, you can request complete removal of your account and all associated data. We process opt-out requests within 48 hours of receiving them.

What Gets Deleted

When you opt out, we permanently delete the following data from our systems:

• Your user account, including your email address, name, and authentication credentials.
• Your organisation and all data associated with it, including credit balance, transaction history, and usage logs.
• Any API keys you stored with us (these are already encrypted and will be permanently destroyed).
• Your team membership records and any pending invitations you sent.
• All batch job records and their associated input/output data.

What We Cannot Delete

Some data exists outside our direct control:

• Google's record of the add-on installation.You can uninstall ReplyLabs from Google Sheets by going to Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Remove.
• Stripe's payment records, if you made a purchase. Stripe retains transaction records per their own data retention policies. You can contact Stripe directly at stripe.com/privacy to request deletion.
• Aggregated, anonymised analytics datathat cannot be linked back to your identity. This includes things like "X total prompts were run on March 15" — no personal information is included.

How to Opt Out

Send an email to hello@replylabs.io with the subject line "Opt Out Request". Include the email address you used to sign up for ReplyLabs. We will confirm receipt of your request and process the deletion within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
