What you were trying to do
Describe the action you were taking when the issue occurred. For example: ‘I was running an AI prompt on 50 rows using Claude Sonnet 4.’
What happened instead
Describe the unexpected behaviour. For example: ‘The sidebar showed an error message: API 403 Forbidden after processing 12 rows.’
Steps to reproduce
Can you make it happen again? If so, what exact steps trigger the issue? This is the single most helpful piece of information for debugging.
Browser and device
Which browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and operating system (Mac, Windows, Chromebook) are you using? Most issues are browser-specific.
Screenshots or screen recordings
A screenshot of the error message or a short screen recording showing the issue helps enormously. On Mac, use Cmd+Shift+4 to capture a screenshot.
Your account email
The email address you use to sign in to ReplyLabs, so we can look up your account and check server logs.
