Your Google Sheets just got a lot smarter.
Go to sheets.google.com or open any existing spreadsheet. Navigate to the Extensions menu at the top of the page. You’ll see ReplyLabs listed there. Click ReplyLabs → Open Sidebar. The ReplyLabs panel appears on the right side of your sheet.
Open Google Sheets →In the sidebar, click ‘Create account’ and enter your email and password — or use ‘Sign in with Google’ for instant access. Your account starts with $20 in free credit. That’s enough for roughly 7,000 AI prompts with GPT-4o-mini, or 2,000 email verifications.
Pick an AI model from the dropdown (GPT-4o-mini is a great starting point). Write a prompt in the text area, like ‘Summarise what this company does in one sentence’. Select the rows in your sheet that you want to process. Click Run. Watch as the AI writes results directly into your spreadsheet.
Start with 5 rows. Test your prompt on a small sample before running a full batch. This saves credits and lets you refine your prompt until the output is exactly right.
Reference other columns. Use {Column Name} in your prompt to pull values from other columns. This is how you personalise output for each row.
Try different models. GPT-4o-mini for speed and cost. Claude Sonnet for quality writing. DeepSeek V3 for budget tasks. The model picker shows cost per 1,000 rows to help you compare.
Bring your own keys. On Pro and Scale plans, add your own API keys in Settings. AI calls become free on ReplyLabs — you pay the provider directly at their rates.
